Musubi Dojo

Sensei Partington achieved the rank of 2nd dan with the Canadian Jiujutsu Council. Sensei Partington holds the rank of Kirikami (1st dan) in Chokushin Aiki-Jujutsu after training directly under and being graded by the head of the system, Sensei Al Evans (9th dan). She has obtained a green belt in Kodokan Judo at Club Olympia under Sensei Wayne Erdman (6th dan) . She has also cross-trained in Kaze Arashi Jo-Jutsu under Sensei Kim Martin (4th dan) and in kung fu. Sensei Partington learned and strengthened her ne-waza (groundfighting) and atemi (striking) from Senseis Pitcher and Lutrell and has attended numerous martial art seminars throughout Ontario (Toronto, Ottawa, St Catharines).

She started martial arts while enrolled at the University of Waterloo (UW) and became an assistant instructor at the UW Chokushin club. Sensei Partington currently instructs at Musubi Dojo.
