I have a work term starting in September and I may be in Toronto or get put in Calgary. I am hoping Toronto is where I will be placed and I can make it on weekends to train. | Comments | I just took Aiki Jujutsu here at the university for the first time last night. Everything is so different. At Musubi, loading for throws was engrained into my mind, here in Waterloo, it seems more like you`re pulling people over for a Koshi Nage. Apparently Uki Goshi doesn`t exist. The whole experience was extremely frustrating as their way of trying to make me understand was by repeating the word `Beachball`. All in all, it just made me realize how much I truly miss you guys back in Bowmanville. Hope to see you all again soon! |
